SAN ANTONIO The San Antonio Stars will play a home-and-away preseason series with the Tulsa Shock in preparation for the upcoming 2014 season presented by CHRISTUS Santa Rosa and H-E-B, the team announced today.
The Stars will tip-off the WNBA preseason against the Shock on Friday, May 2 at 11:30 a.m. at the BOK Center in Tulsa. San Antonio will then host the Shock for the annual School Day Game, presented by its official education partner St. Philips College, on Tuesday, May 6 at 10:30 a.m. at the AT&T Center.
The Stars split their 2013 season series with the Shock, finishing with a 2-2 record against the Tulsa squad. The Shock finished in sixth place in the Western Conference last season with an 11-23 overall record.
